Bio: For this piece I used the strong blue and white contrast to focus on the feeling of Hydra rather than showing it in a very literal way. The church, the flowers and the deep blue give it that Greek atmosphere, but at the same time it feels a bit like an old memory or a moment from the past. I liked the idea of using blue not just as the colour of the image, but as the mood of it too.
